Bear Creek Capital LLC ("Bear Creek") is a financial services firm based in Omaha, Nebraska - whose primary focus is on servicing the micro/small cap arenas. Bear Creek's evolution originates from a core network headed up by Industry Proven Professionals. Depending on the particular financial needs of our customer, we select members from our core network based on the various strengths of their respective contributions. The overall goal for Bear Creek is to address each opportunity individually in order to provide a "total solutions" package to you, the client. Each transaction presents its own set of requirements. However, the four common traits that are found in most proposals are: new architecture, capital restructuring, realistic capitalization and strong "after-market" support.

Despite the increasingly complex capital needs of micro/small cap market companies, the sources of such capital are largely restricted to traditional lending institutions, standard mezzanine financing and venture capital. Given the investment profiles of such investors, these more traditional sources of middle market capital typically prefer to invest in solid, proven performers and credible growth stories. As a result, companies with non-traditional investment profiles often have limited options for the financial resources necessary to execute their business plan, and are therefore forced to explore alternatives.

This scenario, combined with the recent consolidation of the small, regional investment banking firms, has created an absence of a financial service segment servicing the micro/small cap companies. Our network, through its various entities, is able to aggressively and successfully assist to fill this void. Following the successful completion of the structure and capitalization components, Bear Creek is then better able to introduce its "market support" network and take this new, compelling story to the market place.
